This Proposal attempts to condense in one morning or afternoon some of the best-known works of Gaudí in Barcelona, declared a World Heritage Site.

Programa

10:00 Sagrada Familia.
Gaudí’s masterpiece, symbol of Barcelona and a must-see . We will take a Guided Tour inside the Basilica, accessing through the Official Guides entrance, without the need to queue. The Nativity Facade and the Crypt have been Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2005.

After the visit we will travel by Taxi to Park Güell.

11:30 Park Güell. Initially planned as a housing development for wealthy families, it is currently a public park with restricted access. It has been a Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 1984.

At the end, again by Taxi, we will travel to Paseo de Gracia.

13:00 Modernism on Paseo de Gracia. Starting at La Pedrera, in the upper part of Paseo de Gracia, and on foot and always downhill, we will reach Plaça Catalunya. We will see unique buildings characteristic of Modernisme such as Casa Fuster, Casa De les Punxes, Casa Comalat, Palau del Baró de Quadras, Casa Milà (la Pedrera), Casa Marfà, Casa Batllò, Casa Ametller and Casa Lleó Morera, making an introduction to Barcelona at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, (its lights and shadows).

Paseo de Gracia takes us to Plaza Catalunya, where we will end our Route.
